Healthy Hyna was raised on a typical Mexican diet filled with meat, dairy, and eggs. After having her first daughter, she became vegan. Healthy Hyna has been eating a plant-based diet for 7 years. The concept behind the Healthy Hyna brand is to inspire and encourage a plant-based diet to people of color who live in the hood or who are considered “low-income” to show that being vegan is accessible and can be affordable despite the area you live in. Healthy Hyna represents the hood vegans. Find out more on HealthyHyna.com or YouTube.com/HealthyHyna.
