Join Thick Thigh Collective (TTC) in launching their newest zine — “Hometown” — with submissions from several writers and artists from LA and beyond! This is also TTC’s final zine and event as a collective, so they will be selling the remainder of their zine and merch inventory!
There will be a few rounds of bingo with fun prizes, with a suggested donation (per game) to play. 100% of the proceeds will go to Critical Resistance, an grassroots organization committed to abolishing the prison industrial complex. Come through and send TTC out with a bang!
Thick Thigh Collective is the brainchild of three best friends from LA. They have been in a collective for over two years, and have produced several zines including their Stay Mad series. They started TTC to provide a creative platforms for themselves and other writers and artists who often feel isolated by the “diverse” LA art scene. They love zines and they love each other! @thickthighcollective
Accessibility information for this event: WCCW has a 36” wide ramp at our front entrance and a stairway with 8 steps and a rail. There are 2 gender neutral restrooms. One restroom is wheelchair accessible, with a handrail. We provide scent free soaps and encourage guests to attend our events scent free.
