Darren Silver & Associates and the Women’s Center For Creative Work are proud to announce our monthly office hours with expert immigration attorney Nusrat Ganberg! Every first Monday of the month from 10am to 1pm, Ms. Ganberg will provide her expertise as an immigration attorney for questions or concerns related to family-based immigration and acquiring proper visa status, to tips on maneuvering through the various demands of the immigration process.
Ms. Ganberg speaks English, Urdu, and Hindi (and is proficient in French). Interpretation services for additional languages provided by request, at least 2 weeks in advance.

Nusrat Ganberg is a former Immigration Officer with years of experience interviewing applicants for immigration benefits in the Los Angeles Asylum Office. Ms. Ganberg has also processed refugee applications overseas along the Thai-Myanmar border and in Bangkok, Thailand during her career with USCIS. Ms. Ganberg has worked as an immigration attorney successfully representing persons before various immigration offices and in immigration court, and is proud to have also worked as the Director of Victim Services at Equality Michigan where she advocated for the rights of members of the LGBT community in Michigan. Ms. Ganberg graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan and earned her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan as a Dean’s Scholar and Lombard fellow in 2008. Ms. Ganberg is fluent in Hindi and Urdu, is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and was licensed to practice law in Michigan in 2008. Ms. Ganberg is licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 states.
