Learn to make sushi hand rolls, sushi rice, and a couple of other Japanese specialties with bachan (grandmother), Wakiko Agawa, an expert home cook and storyteller. Bring your own fish, vegetables or other sushi ingredients (like SPAM for musubi, enoki mushrooms, etc.) and we’ll provide the rice, nori, soy sauce, wasabi and other accompaniments. You will also receive your own printed copy of Wakiko’s recipes for sushi rice vinegar and teriyaki sauce.
