Chocolate Making with Perrin Randelette

In this introductory class to homemade chocolate you will learn about the health benefits of cacao and how to create chocolates & superfood chocolate bars. On our way to preparing beautiful treats we will explore the many states of chocolate: cacao beans, nibs, & butter. We will also explore the differences between various sweeteners (honey, xylitol, agave, and maple syrup), how to incorporate other superfoods (Bee Pollen, Spirulina, Maca and Matcha) to make treats that taste delicious and help you feel amazing: Be prepared for a chocolate high!
